1st World Championshipof Kale Cooking in Oldenburg  2017 

FRIDAY, January 13th 2017

6:00 pm: Guided city tour starting at the town hall  (Markt 1)

7:00 pm: Reception at the  Town Hall (Markt 1)

                 by Oldenburg´s Mayoress Germaid Eilers-Dörfler

7:45 pm: Dinner at the restaurant Ratskeller (Markt 1)

SATURDAY, January 14th 2017

8:30 am: Shopping at the regional farmers´ market
 

The World Championship is presented by the artist Annie Heger.

10 am: Official welcome at the bauwerk_halle (Pferdemarkt 8a)

10:15 am: Introduction of the jury

and drawing of the order

10:30 am: Start of the cooking groups, 

each 40 minutes

12:45 pm: Consultation of the jury
 

  1:15 pm: Award ceremony by Oldenburg´s mayoress Petra Averbeck

                   with the "Golden Palm of Oldenburg 2017" and

announcement of the date of the next world championship

 

  4:00 pm: "Boßel"-Tour through the

Botanical Garden and the city of Oldenburg

(Meeting point: at the entrance Philosophenweg)

  7:30 pm: Traditional Oldenburg Kale Dinner

and party at the restaurant Tafelfreuden

(Alexanderstraße 23)

All friends of traditional kale dinners are invited to come. Please send your registration directly to t@afelfreuden.de  . For Food and drinks a fee of 33.33 € will be charged.
